Services

Workflow first.AI second.

We don’t sell tools, platforms, or “AI transformation.” We map how work actually flows through your business, find where it leaks, and build systems that close the leaks — on the tools you already use. Every engagement starts the same way: free, and with us listening.

Where every engagement starts

The free operations audit.

01

The walk

A half-day inside your operation — 30 minutes with you, an hour each with the people doing the work. We walk the workflow end to end: where’s the repetitive work, where do you wait or chase, where does the same data live twice, where does rework happen.

02

The findings

One week later, a written report: a map of how work actually flows through your company, the leaks ranked by what they cost you, and what’s automatable — scored by payoff versus effort. Yours to keep, no strings.

03

The decision

If nothing’s worth building, we shake hands and you keep the report. If something is, you’ll see exactly what it saves before you spend a dollar. We only get paid for closing leaks, not finding them.

What we install

Eleven systems in production, configured to your business.

Speed-to-lead & follow-up engine

Every new lead — form, text, missed call, any source — gets a personal text within seconds, around the clock, then multi-touch follow-up until they book or opt out. Declines get classified and scheduled for the right re-approach, not dumped in closed-lost.

Replaces: the lead that waited until Monday, and the follow-up that lived in your memory.

Operations watchdog

An AI layer that sweeps every contact, conversation, and open job on a fixed cadence. It flags what a human missed, escalates what’s urgent, closes what’s resolved, and hands you a short daily brief — the 3–10 things that genuinely need an owner.

Replaces: you being the only safety net, and problems surfacing only when they explode.

Customer lifecycle & winback

Daily scan of your whole book of business: who’s going cold, who’s lapsed, who has an overdue invoice, who deserves a personal thank-you instead of an automated one. Re-engagement runs automatically, inside guardrails you set.

Replaces: the customers who quietly stopped booking and were never contacted again.

AI financial analyst

A weekly brief that cross-references your accounting, payments, and job data: revenue versus last period, labor drift, margin by job, anomalies that need eyes. Ours has caught five figures sitting undeposited and a recurring job-costing gap.

Replaces: finding out about a bad month six weeks after it happened.

Ad-spend auditor

A daily automated audit of your ad account: health score, what changed, wasted spend, and what to do about it — in plain language, not platform jargon.

Replaces: trusting the platform to grade its own homework.

Custom builds & integrations

The engine underneath all of the above is the real product: watch a stream of events, classify them, draft the response, route it, escalate exceptions, report. It already runs across four industries and every department — Sales and CRM, Operations and Staffing, Finance, Marketing. If your tools have an API — CRM, accounting, phones, project management, industry software — we connect them and point the engine at your workflow.

Replaces: the hours your best person spends re-typing things between two systems.

Strategy documents and a fountain pen on a desk

Augment the team. Never babysit the owner.

Your existing tools, not a migration

The system wraps around what you already use. Nobody learns a new platform.

Guardrails before automation

Cooldown windows, do-not-contact rules, complaint holds, quiet hours, and a hard line between what the system handles and what a human must touch.

It reports what it does

Every action is logged and summarized for you. No black boxes — you can audit it the way we audit your operation.

Working in weeks, not months

We’re configuring an engine that already runs our own operations across four industries — not starting a science project.

Fair questions

Asked by every owner. Answered honestly.

I already have a CRM with automations. Isn’t this the same thing?

You have plumbing — drips and workflows that fire blind. Ours caught a CRM texting a winback to an active weekly client, and firing a drip 42 seconds after a lead raised a price objection so the thread looked handled. A CRM sends messages; this supervises the whole operation, including the CRM. On a discovery call we’ll audit yours live and show you what’s leaking.

Won’t AI texting my customers feel robotic and scare them off?

Most of what it does isn’t texting — it’s watching, flagging, and routing. When it does reach out, it runs inside operator-built guardrails: cooldowns, complaint holds, do-not-contact checks, no late-night or Sunday sends, and a rule that your happiest customers get a personal human touch instead of an automated one. Every sweep it evaluates dozens of possible messages and blocks most of them. It’s more conservative than a busy human, not less.

I’m a small operation. Is this worth the money?

Run the math with us. One day-of no-show caught before the customer notices, one 60-day invoice collected, one five-figure deposit gap flagged — any single one covers months of this. The expensive thing is what’s falling through cracks right now that nobody’s counting.

I don’t have time to set up another system.

That’s the point — you don’t set it up, we do. One kickoff call to get access, then we configure the engine and hand it back working. You don’t learn a platform; you start getting a short daily brief of what needs you.

How do I know it works for my industry?

Because the shape is identical across service businesses: leads come in, conversations get dropped, customers lapse, jobs have day-of risk, money leaks quietly. We’ve already deployed across four industries — residential cleaning, commercial facilities, e-commerce, and professional services — and across every department, from Sales to Operations to Finance. Same engine, your configuration. And we’ll prove the leak in your funnel on the discovery call before you pay us anything — if we can’t show you things falling through cracks, there’s nothing to sell.

What happens after you build it?

The systems are monitored and tuned, and they report what they did — to you and to us. When something drifts, we know before you do. We run these inside our own operations every day; “set and forget” isn’t in our interest any more than yours.

What makes you different from other AI consultancies?

Three things you can verify, not take our word for. Every system is forged inside real operating companies — our own — before it ships to a client, so on a call we’ll screen-share them processing real leads and real money, live. Everything we build, you own: it runs on your tools, with documentation, and it stays working if we disappear tomorrow. And the scoping is honest — if the right answer for your business is a simple tool and better data hygiene, that’s what the findings will say, and the audit is free either way.

Start with the audit. Keep the findings either way.

Half a day of your team’s time. A ranked map of where your money leaks. Zero obligation.
